Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Prashdeep Automotives, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality automotive products and services. If for any reason you need to cancel or return an order, please review the guidelines below:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.

• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may proceed with a return after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Products such as custom orders, electrical components, and items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

Return Process

1. Contact our support team to request a return authorization.

2. Ship the item to the address provided after approval.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
